Today CORIANDER GROUP is a name in Manchester UK,but as they say Rome wasn't built in a day, the company too took several years to come into being.

The core ingredient of the group was, is and will always be the love for Indian culture and food. Our bond with Indian roots prompted us to step into the catering business. 

Behind CORIANDER GROUP there is an amazing story of an NRI father who though was a UK citizen but a hardcore Indian at heart. Once our founder met this Punjabi father who had come with his daughter's marriage invitation. 

Though that father was extremely happy and delighted yet there was nostalgia in his eyes as he missed the entire pomp and show of a typical royal Indian wedding. He missed the  stalls of chat and pav bhaji which we usually cherish at the Indian wedding. He even missed the bright colored decorations, lights and in short every single thing about an Indian wedding. 

This instance was indeed a threshold point for the founders when they decided to venture into the catering services in the UK. His idea was not just providing food at the events in fact his mission was to make each guest relish the food offered so that their pallet remembers the taste for a long time. 

Catering was just the beginning....Though It was started with Indian and western cuisines but soon entire Asian cuisine was incorporated too. Today it caters wide range of customers and their taste buds with cuisines such as Punjabi, Rajasthani, Malaysian, Gujarati and the list is endless. 

But this too was not the ultimate level, the threshold point came in when the company finally decided to expand their business and venture into event management. The decision to manage an event was not just any other business trick but the desire to make each event memorable was still alive and active. 

Event management was a big step for the company. With expansion came a lot of responsibilities and CORIANDER GROUP was ready to take it. The core idea behind this venture was to CELEBRATE their customer's CELEBRATIONS. 

Though the company has been into business for past several years but it the agility and zest of a teenage child is still innate. The curiosity to know each new way of catering their clients in a better way is what makes it different from any other event management company. 

Each day our company strives to find yet another manner to make an event as enjoyable and memorable as possible. For them money is not the sole incentives to work but it is the inner desire to bring a smile on our client’s face. 

 A new step is that CORIANDER GROUP is now supplying food to Selfridges in the Trafford Centre, Manchester. Till now what we have offered is just a percentage of ourselves, there is a lot more to our capabilities and strengths which we are planning to showcase in the coming future.

The motto of the group is undoubtedly INNOVATION, DEDICATION and PERFECTION. And the group will continue to work for the same.
